Prospective A-Level Mathematics students are expected to complete a structured programme of summer work via the Dr Frost platform.
This "Transition to A-Level" course is designed to strengthen core mathematical foundations and includes 7 units on Algebra, 2 units on Surds and Indices, 4 units on Graphs, and 3 units on Geometry. Successful completion of this course will support a confident and effective transition into Year 12 study. To gain access to the materials, students should contact Mr Hubbard at dhubbard@thejohnwallisacademy.org, who will arrange the creation of a Dr Frost account.
